General

A: Refer to the size chart on our product details page. Due to manual measurement and different batches, there can be 2-3 cm size difference.

A: All image are taken of the item you will be receiving. Images are professionally edited to color match as best as possible. However, due to different colour contrast displays, and light, colour may vary slightly.

A: You will receive automatically generated order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This will sent to the email address you provided and depending on your email setting, this can be landing in to your junk/spam folder. 

Shipping

A: We pick & pack order like a robot, but they can sometimes take 24-48 hours to be process. This might take little longer following a weekend or public holiday.

A: Delivery time will be depend on Australia post delivery zones.
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 1pm ACST will be shipped the same day and all orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays will be shipped the next business day. We always endeavor to dispatch your orders as fast as possible.

A: International shipping times can vary depend on your location. 

Returns

A: First you need your order number – This can be found in your order confirmation email. Please check Return Policy and create a ticket. We will contact you as soon as posible. 

You are currently responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

A: Refund are offered on all orders return within 30 days of delivery. All the refunds are done to the original payment method. 

A: Once you return has been shipped back to us we will process your refund. Depend how you made the purchase. your money can take about 3-5 business days to get back to your account.

A: Please check your junk email ASAP. If you can’t seem to find it there, email us immediately at contact@nezki.com with your details.

Missing order

A: If you are missing an item from your order, please email us immediately at contact@nezki.com with your order number and the name of the item that is missing.
